Executive Chef Aharon Denrich focuses on Comfort Foods and Innovative World
Cuisine. At any time, one can find foods with Asian, caribbean, Mediterranean,
European influences and of course American Comfort Foods. All of this is
reflected in our delicious foods-to-go and catering offerings. Chef Aharon
uses only the freshest and finest ingredients even curing and smoking our own
meats and fish.

A
graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park NY, Chef Aharon Denrich
Brings his intensity and extensive experience to bear in both the restaurant and
catering areas of fine dining. He has worked in all positions in restaurants
from dishwasher to Executive Chef. Chef Denrich has vast experience in food
preparation, menu design, and managing of day-to-day operations. While
Executive Chef for Main Course Catering New York, Chef Denrich created
specialized world cuisine menus for national and international celebrities and
dignitaries and special catering events (fund raisers, movie premiers, etc)
throughout the Hudson Valley of New York State. Returning to the Baltimore
area Chef Denrich was named Executive Chef for Betor Inc., the parent company of
Max’s on Broadway and Max’s Camden Yard’s. Here Chef Denrich developed comfort
bar food menus, managed all activities for two restaurants and a thriving
catering business. In 2002 Chef Denrich and his father Stuart purchased Timber
Creek Restaurant. a rough and tumble bar. At Timber Creek he developed an
innovative gourmet menu featuring hand made flat breads, Asian and Mediterranean
fusion dish's and featured seven course tasting menus. The transformation went
180o . Chef Denrich likes to say “the parking lot went
from being filled with pickup trucks and motorcycles to being filled with
Jaguars and Mercedes Benz’s”. After the sale of Timber Creek, Chef Denrich
spent time developing his skills in world cuisine with stints at Eurasian Harbor
(an Asian Fusion restaurant) as interim Executive Chef and at Babalu Grill (a
Cuban restaurant) as Sous Chef. Chef Denrich is
currently Executive Chef at Mr Charles Market & Catering where he brings
superior quality and innovative techniques to American Comfort foods, Kosher
Style Foods, Catering and Personal Chef Services.
